I noticed several poor reviews on this hotel before reserving my room, so I was nervous about it. I'm so glad I ignored those reviews because this place was great! It was clean and quiet, and it is located off the beaten path. The staff was very friendly, and I didn't encounter any problems whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again.

I really do not know how to describe this motel. The best I can do is a small comparison. If you would NOT book a Stay at a Motel 6 then you should stay away from the Ashford Motel . The worst Motel 6 I have ever seen is better than the Ashford Motel. The Ashford is priced well above its value.

Set on a dead end in Ashford this motel is super quiet. Super quiet means a great rest. Also it is owned by a local family. The family is a delight to do business with and because it is a family property it is super safe. I can say there are a lot of woods and a good road to walk on if this is your thing and the color of the leaves are at their prime right now.. a great leaf peeping spot ( if that is your thing). Come to tiny Ashford to the Motel with the cleanest bathrooms in the area, and super hot water.. Thank you to the bosses once again for your patience and kindness with me, and helping me understand the question I had.

Clean and quiet

We enjoyed our stay at this motel, which is located down a small road not far from I-84. The grounds are spacious and the motel faces trees and the sunrise--pretty bucolic. Occasionally you could hear the traffic from the interstate but mainly it was a quiet place, an older motel but in good condition. Everything worked. Our room had fridge & microwave. Wifi was passable. We were able to park right in front of our room, which is always a plus. We'd definitely stay here again.
