The place is clean, friendly and convenience. The property is well maintained and dog friendly. Love the fact that they are also very flexible with our schedule. They take pride of their property and take care of their guests. They put out nice breakfast for guests with fresh fruits and bakery. It is definitely a great place to stay at Williamstown. Highly recommend and will definitely go back.

We booked two rooms and had a very good experience at this hotel. The owner was very nice and pleasant, making us feel very welcome. Breakfast was enjoyable, with good and fresh fruits. The landscaping outside the property was neat and well-maintained, which gave the hotel a very inviting atmosphere. Additionally, there is an excellent Greek restaurant right next door, making dining very convenient and enjoyable.

The Willows Motel is a hidden Gem in Massachusetts. I spent a weekend in Williamstown at the Willows Motel and I have to say, everything was perfect. From the room to the staff, we were welcomed and well received. The breakfast was amazing and freshly done every morning. I felt at home away from home. I would return tomorrow morning if given the opportunity.

This was a great stay over during our AT hike. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast has a large assortment of fresh fruit, bagels, yogurt. We will stay here again. It is located next to a really good Greek restaurant and a Cumberland Farms

Staff Very eager to please. However the bath had no safety bars, many of the electric outlets did not work, the refrigerator was not working so my food was not safe to eat, Breakfast was excellent ~> beautiful spread of fresh fruit, cereal, breads/pastry, juice & coffee.
