Prior to our arrival on a warm day, Rocky the proprietor, made sure he had the room's air conditioning running. We had a nice cool room after a hot motorcycle ride. There are also places in walking distance for breakfast, snacks/beer, and a few restaurants for dinner.

Owner very welcoming at check in, polite and pleasant. Room was a bit small, but spotless. Nicely decorated, interesting desk. Bed comfortable. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. A/C worked well , as did shower. Continental breakfast was pre-packaged pastries, but there was fresh fruit, cereal and a good selection of items to toast. A lovely little outdoor patio was accessible for breakfast. All in all a nice little motel.

Absolutely lovely. Clean! New carpet. Fridge and microwave. Comfy bed. Ground floor only and park right in front of the door-a must for those with physical issues. Great owner! Just a great visit. Will be gifting my son md his wife a trip to the area with williamstown Motel to stay.

Fall weekends in Williamstown are very busy and hotels are expensive, so I tried this one out with my sister for just one night. The room was very clean, and so was the bathroom, but the shower handle was very hard to manipulate to the right temperature, and the shower sprayer was very old and needed replacement. I went to heat up a cup of water in the microwave and apparently there was metal hidden inside the base of a paper cup, as it burned and would have lit on fire. I tried twice to tell management this, but the only person I got at the front desk was their early teens daughter who tried to say "no one else has ever had that problem". The room was a bit dark, and the AC unit was loud, but Rocky (owner?) was very pleasant when I checked in. Bed was clean and comfortable but they need updated bedspreads/curtains, etc.
