This hotel is within walking distance of the ark which was a big plus for us. It looks a bit rundown from the outside and we had our doubts. But the rooms were clean and better maintained.

The bathroom tile was broke in a few places otherwise such a great place especially for the price! We were able to walk directly to the Ark Encounter which was great and saved money by not paying for it. Toiletries were Dove and great. Staff was spectacular! Everyone we talked to was so helpful and nice. We would definitely stay again!

It is an older facility but very clean . We stayed there to see the ARC. It was very close that we walked to the ARC from our room. The owners were very nice and helpful. They provide a continental breakfast.

The location for this motel is great for visiting the Ark Encounter. There’s also a Mexican restaurant across the street. Its street presence isn’t the greatest since there’s a torn up restaurant in the parking lot which may deter some. It’s a common motel so not fancy but sufficient with a continental breakfast, very helpful staff and off the street enough to be quiet. Our bed was comfortable, bathroom had had some repairs, hot shower and vinyl flooring. There’s more restaurants in town up the highway about 10 minutes away.

When I picked this hotel it showed a nice room with king size bed and couch and clean. When we got there,no King size bed and no couch in the room. Room was disgusting and outdated. Several bugs in the room.
