The breakfast bar was extremely good and kept full as soon as it became empty. Room was clean and quite. If you are going to the Ark stay here. You can walk to it and save the Ark parking.

Right next to the Ark Encounter. Clean. Nice pool. Room cleaning only every other day and they started charging for parking. Otherwise, fabulous.

Was an amazing place. Peaceful. Gum was great!! On draw back we had no internet the entire visit. Staff tried very hard to get it up never happened !! Would overall highly recommend this facility!!

It was an amazing visit to the Ark experience. The staff at the Hampton did SO much to help our stay. I have cancer and the hotel staff made sure we were on the first floor. They also gave us a room right near an exit and answered all of our questions about transportation and parking.

The staff was amazing but breakfast was nit good for the price you pay per night and they charge to park in their lot even though you are a guest of the hotel. I have never heard of a hotel charging to park.

What I liked: The hotel fitness room gym was one of the best I've experienced; Extremely convenient to Ark Encounter; Free coffee and tea; Was clean and service was friendly. What I didn't like: The sink and shower drains were slow and filled up; the shower leaked alot, out onto the bathroom floor; we had to pay $7.50 per day just to park at the hotel; the patio fire pit was broken; meager selection for breakfast.

Most convenient hotel next to the Ark Encounter. Although the room was spacious, it was on the first floor facing the parking lot - not so much privacy.

My room was on the ground floor near to the lobby and it was incredibly loud all night. I barely slept. The music that plays in the lobby was extremely loud and kept me up. Also breakfast was disappointing. Also frustrated about paid parking. This hotel was expensive. We should not have to pay for parking on top of that.

Great Stay

The location was great for our purpose. The room was spacious, contemporary, and clean, which is the most important thing for me. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was adequate for my family's need. It had enough variety for the oldest and youngest of us. Overall great stay. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn.
