There were renovations going on during our stay, despite that everything was wonderful. The renovations are going to amazing here. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room updates and aesthetic was fabulous! Comfortable beds, too!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I just wish I knew there was construction going on in the facility. The photo did not match the hotel. It was very hard to find. However, the rooms were updated and very nice!

Relaxing Stay in comfy surroundings

We stayed in the one room suite. It was nice and spacious for the four of us. Nice peninsula table, kitchen was clean had some basic supplies. Stove top, microwave, full size fridge. Bathroom was clean and spacious. King sized bed was comfy, linens were clean. TV in living room and bedroom. Foldout was comfy enough too. Just stayed one night, but we needed the recoup.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The first room we had didn’t have any heat in it so I called the front desk and he told me to come downstairs and get a new room. He had everything already done when I got there. The room was clean and cozy and I slept well. I will be back in May and will be staying there.

The hotel was a mess because its under renovation, I can excuse that. The clothes from another customer in the drawers, the filthy bath linens, the uncleaned bathroom floor and general condition of the room was awful. Will not stay there again.

Pool unavailable, one spoon for three people, one cup, one glass, curtain off hooks, no hangers, cobwebs on doors, air conditioning constantly came on, refrigerator all dented on the door. For what we paid, at least we should have been notified of no pool availability and our payment lowered. Pool was biggest reason we chose Candlewood. Construction mess everywhere on main floor. Would like at least a partial refund.

The location of it behind the other hotel was hard to find there needs to be better signage once you get to the TGI Fridays that the Candlewood is around the back from the main street. It looks like you drive right into Comfort Inn and I got out went into the wrong hotel had to be redirected so better signage
