Staff was great. Area was busy and not the most attractive, but the beds were comfortable. The space is not the cleanest; specifically, there is trash and dirt under the beds. Overall, we had a great stay and were grateful for the simple breakfast, hot showers and kind staff.

I have stayed here two previous time. This time, the room was not very good. There were no refrigerator, coffee machine, ice bucket or microwave, the keys did not work several times. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly, and there were not any shampoo or soap, only a lotion and conditioner. We will not be returning to this hotel again.

Room not ready at check-in, dirty bath mat, sunken bed, walkways dangerous and desperate need of repair not patched, pillows too small and lumpy, lamp missing, no place for baggage in room, torn lamp shade, food selection poor, no elevator, damgerous stairs without lighting, no coffee maker or mini fridge in the room, reception seemed indifferent, no decaf coffee in reception area, coffee area dirty and unprepared for guest.

Decent for the price but no frills. Carpet felt wet and sticky which was off putting. But quiet and comfortable with nice staff. Lots of dining options nearby. Unfortunately it was storming so we couldn’t use the pool but it looked nice.

The staff is wonderful. The carpet is very sticky to bare feet and despite it being smoke free, my room does have a bit of cigarette smell in it. Bed is comfortable.

The dirtiest room I have ever walked into. We couldn’t check in until 5 minutes after checkin time because they said they were cleaning our room. We booked to nights and left after a few hours of being there, the room had bugs all over the bed, the ground and the bathroom. The person who stayed before us had there used soap(with hair all over it and the bathtub) and the staff left it there for us to clean. I will recommend anyone staying here to run away

Carpets were wet - we tried changing rooms and had the same issue. Water rising through the foundation after heavy rain. Rooms were wet and smelled mouldy. We left, didn’t stay. (*we weren’t looking for fancy…. Just clean and dry!)

This property is very noisy. Barking dogs are left unattended to bark and when you tell the staff about it they say oh wow. We are allowing dogs here. You have to deal with it. Lots of marijuana smell including after coming back smelling in your room.

A woman was in the fitness center incoherent and apparently using drugs when I tried to run on the treadmill. Poop experience was poor with fouls language from out of control guests. I had to remove my kids. Facilities were not as clean as advertised. Room had dirt in corners and was not cleaned thoroughly. I request a partial refund.
