Princess Anne was spotless, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The owners were warm and welcoming, and it was clear they take pride in the property. The location was perfect for exploring Williamsburg. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Very conveniently located in Williamsburg, approx. 10-15 minutes away from Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. It is located on Richmond Road which has many diverse options for food, attractions, and shopping. This hotel is dog-friendly with lots of grassy areas to use. Our room was very clean and I felt safe staying here for the weekend. I would definitely book here again!

Owner Jay is very nice and easy to work with. The location is fantastic! This hotel is pet friendly so that's a bonus in our book! Bed was comfortable, only drawback is bathroom is small with not much space for your toiletries but it certainly isn't a deal breaker. Very clean room. We stayed in a king room. I'd definitely book here again next time we're visiting the area.

Just reopened and completely renovated. Very clean, had all that was needed with fridge and microwave in room. Nice bathroom with very hot water and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Staff was very nice and property was safe. Confident location to William and Mary and the outlet shopping.

The room was clean. The pillows were magnificent! The beds were very comfortable. The pool was clean and very refreshing! Room was ice cold even though the record heat over the holiday weekend. The staff was very helpful and kind. The only issue we had was the shower door leaked while we showered.

Everything was nice and clean. They had two drawers that would stay closed outside of that everything was good. Loud music on Saturday but closed down by 10. Good location near Westgate. Staff was wonderful from cleaning lady to office staff. Couldn’t get the television to work quick response and problem solved. This was one of the cleanest and quietest places we have stayed. Will use again if in Williamsburg.

The Princess Ann resort is old but updated and awesome. Very clean and safe. Kids were playing in the parking lot with parents and friends supervising. Rooms are spacious with high ceilings and a big ceiling fan to augment the AC. Definitely worth it for the price!

We stayed for a single night during our road trip. The property features a highly convenient location and an exceptionally clean room. Parking right in front of the room made it easier to unload and load our vehicle. Prospective guests should note, however, that the bathroom sink is situated openly within the main living space, which may be an issue if you require absolute privacy or less disturbance to others.

We were reluctant to make reservations because of the very few reviews. We are sure glad we did. It is newly renovated and has only been open a few days. Room was clean and large. Many shops nearby. Very friendly staff. And the price was about half that of other hotels nearby. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
