First room I was given the electronic key would work, staff didn't bother to try and replace the card, they gave me a room upstairs to replace it. The Air Conditioner didn't work properly. I set the temp on low to cool it off fast, never cooled off at all... I was exhausted so I went to bed. At ck out I told staff...no apology no comment other than I will look into it. When I get a room at a hotel I have a few expectations (clean, AC/Heat in working order and no insects) the room was clean (tub had hair in it) no bugs...roasting hot. Zero plans on ever booking again. Also was approached by a person claiming to be homeless and asking me for $10 - $20 ... screams sketchy.

Room was clean and the customer service was excellent by the man at the front desk. However, the room didn't have a refrigerator nor a coffee maker and the phone didn't work to call the front desk. Our toilet and bathtub over flowed out of the blue on the last night we stayed and water ran clear into the carpeted area. The man at the front desk switched us to a different room next door but that room also had a water issue with overflow all over the bathroom floor and in the bath tub with some kind of rust looking debris that came up out of the tub drain. The man again was very polite and offered to switch us to a 3rd room but it was non smoking. At that point, we said no thank you because it was 10 o'clock at night. We asked for a coupon for a free future night at a different Super 8 location but he told us that he could only offer us a free night at his location. We declined his offer because we live 4 and half hours away and don't know when we will be able to return to the Williamsburg area. We checked out early and got in our car and drove the 4 and a half hours home. We won't be staying in the future at this specific Wyndham location. Good customer service but horrible deferred maintence.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 times. It's convenient to Busch Gardens and Water Country. Several stores and places to eat close to the hotel. Staff is always friendly! Carpets could use a cleaning, but overall, the rooms seem clean.

Obviously this is not a 5 star hotel, but for what it is it's great. Rooms are clean, air/heat work well, beds are extremely comfy. The staff I've encountered has always been pleasant and friendly. The location is absolutely perfect: Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens are both less than 15 mins away and there are some great dining options & grocery/convenience stores in walking distance. I've stayed here 4 or 5 times and have never had a bad experience.

Probably one of the cleanest motels I’ve ever stayed in. The pool is open until 9 during the summer and you can barely hear the other rooms near you. I usually prefer hotels but I would love to stay here again next time we’re doing a Busch gardens weekend
