We chose this hotel for 3 nights because of the location, the suite, and the pool/hot tub. It was close to many good restaurants and shops. The breakfast had a good variety - something for everyone. The staff was friendly and nice. It is a common place to stay for lots of school / tour groups! However, they were well behaved and the walls and floors are well insulated. One complaint is the hot tub was only operational for 2 of our 3 nights and never really hot. The other is the oddly positioned TV in the room.

I love that this was close to greatwolf lodge, Colonial Williamsburg AND busch gardens. Hot food buffet we all really enjoyed, hot tub and pool, coffee,ample parking. Location slightly off the highway but not right on so that was nice.modern and comfy. Greeted us often and gave us a welcome baggie. Thank you to the staff...keep up the great work. We LOVED our stay
