The staff here was incredible. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. Great location for visiting Colonial Williamsburg as well. Close enough to everything without staying in the colonial part (with those prices). Great alternative!

This is the worst Embassy Suites I have visited. It is very outdated. The cleaning staff and front desk employees were very nice. However, the building and room were in poor condition. Our room has multiple issues, including mold, a falling ceiling, and dirty carpet and furniture.

The staff gets ten stars! Bathroom was clean and well suppled with soap, shampoo & conditioner; the tub’s faucet hardware needed to be fixed or replaced but it worked, it was just loose about a half inch sticking out from the wall. I felt like 2 free cocktails and nachos in the evening and a good breakfast every morning was very generous, although we didn’t stick around in the evenings for cocktails because we were so close to so much to do.
