The management was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good. Loved the waffles! The location was very good to get to Busch Gardens but there were no restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is old and needs some repairs but the room was clean and did not smell!

Very nice staff. Hotel was very convenient to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. There is a public bus stop right outside the hotel that will take you to the Busch Gardens parking lot for $1.50 which runs every 1/2 hr or so. Room was spacious. Bed covers had pizza sauce type stain and grease stain but everything else seemed clean. Nice place to stay for a good price.

Place was great. Separate rooms and bathrooms. Fridge Looked like it was from some old apartment, the beds were comfy. Room needs two showers not 1.5 baths for four people all having to take turns showering is not ideal. For the price ok.
