Wish the pool was cleaned and maintained

The pool needed cleaning. The front desk you had to ring the bell and wait. We were greated with a smile when the person was friendly. It was odd that every time we went to the front desk we had to ring the bell. Not a great breakfast to offer so we head out early to get breakfast on the road.

Didn’t feel like we received good value for the money we spent. Pool is outside and not heated. Breakfast was sparse without much choice. Room a/c was noisy and refrigerator and microwave sat on floor.

I went with my husband and 2 kids and took this hotel because it was the cheaper of the area that for the season (Christmas). But in reality, next time will pay more for a better hotel on Williams. There are a lot of other options and will consider being in the historic downtown better, walkable to all areas.

We stayed here for 2 days and it was good friendly when checked in room was clean and perfect spot from Main Street loved the back view of Forrest they only complained I would say is that the carpet needs some attention

The Hotel was amazing super clean, employees were all very friendly. Breakfast was good and coffee was fresh. Super close to Bearazona & downtown Williams. Would definitely recomment and also would plan another trip with this stop included.

We liked the fact we were close enough to downtown, but not in the middle of it all. The staff was very friendly and considerate. The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing I wish we had access to was local news. The Dish channels were merely for entertainment, and we would have liked to be more in touch with the outside world.

We loved being just outside of the hussle and bussle of town. Such clean and comfortable rooms. Manager cannot do enough to accommodate your every request. Would stay again and will highly recommend to friends and family.

they only had 3 beds upstairs, with no elevators, my wife has very bad knees and really can't walk upstairs TV had, no local channels to watch football. coffee maker in the room did not work
