Clean and staffed with friendly people. The room was large, quiet, and the bed comfortable.
The lady (with red hair), at the desk was very helpful in allowing us to get a take away breakfast, as we were leaving early the next day. The hotel was clean and comfortable, walking distance to a supermarket and restaurants. Williams was close enough to the Grand Canyon so we could make an early ...
Liked the proximity to downtown and to the south rim in Grand Canyon. Didn't like hearing the train whistle during the early, early morning.
Close to highway. Comfortable for a quick overnight. Old property, a lottle run down.
The staff were smiling and cheery. This hotel is dated, but very clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Both hot and cold choices, fresh fruit and very good coffee. The only downside was that our room was on the second floor and there was NO elevator. So, all luggage plus a full cooler ...
For being dog friendly? They sucked big time We could not leave our dog in room to go to Grand Canyon so had to take and only saw a portion of park Will not go there again and will tell our friends and family
Front desk staff was great. Carpet could be updated but overall our stay was GREAT. Thank you for the awesome service.
Staff was very kind and helpful. Location is very good. Williams AZ is very walk-able, with excellent access to stores and restaurants.
It’s not the most quite or comfortable hotel i’ve Sy]toyed in but makes up for it in charm.
Excellent place to stay. Not a fancy place, but a typical Howard Johson from the '70's. Very comfortable beds. Excellent room services.
this motel was pretty good , everything looked really clean and new like it was recently remodeled and the price was just worth every penny, i drove an hour from the grand cayon to stay here because it was so expensive on the town by it, plus i was only stopping by grand cayon Nd heading somewhere ...
Very nice hotel. Location is about 1 hour From Sedona and 1 hour from Grand Canyon. Free breakfast was very good. I believe it is the nicest hotel in the area. Rooms are clean and spacious. Nightstands have USB ports Highly recommend
Walking to everything was was easy. Route 66 history
If you want nostalgic Route 66 lodging this is the place. We had a cabin that was fun. If you want a Hilton or a fancy resort, this is not it. I highly recommend this place.
Dell and Sharol did an excellent job to make this place so welcoming. Their home cooked breakfast and fresh coffee together with the extra's such as umbrella's for the grand canyon, menu's of local restaurants next to the saddle made our stay so enjoyable and memorable. The bed we had (El Tovar room) ...
Great for families. The breakfast across from the hotel was great.
The owner, Rich, could not have been more welcoming. The property was very clean.
Quiet and relaxing. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom.
