“Awesome spot to stay, very friendly staff, the room was spotlessly clean, comfy bed, warm room, and very very quiet, it was magic! Very close to the city so easy walk down into the city. Oh and meet the friendly dachshunds they were beautiful. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back👍”

“Clean room, all good, thank you.”

“Superb hosts! Highly recommend for a stay in Launceston. The place is beautifully decorated and perfectly located for exploring the town.”

“Very Clean, quite and safe location with ample parking space.”

“Location is perfect! The place is spacious, bright and the bed comfortable The only problem is the noise from the office below and a church’s bell near by It’s also too bright. We needed to use ear plugs and eye mask Please note this place does not have elevator, it’s a step one flight upstairs On the bright side, the front desk staff was extremely charming and even offered a map where she pointed the main tourist attractions (inside information such as the Saturday market)”

“Beautiful heritage property that was clean, comfortable and easy to park at. Great location for city access on foot too.”

“Personal amable. Hotel tranquilo”

Arrived at 7.15pm which was after hours as the reception shut at 7pm, so the person checking me in was not happy, despite living in the room next to reception, and was out brushing their teeth in the hallway when I left in the morning. Left at 7am so only used the room and bathroom no other areas of the house.”

“Fantastic value for money. Stayed in a 2-bed apartment, was incredibly spacious. Having the laundry to do the kids clothes over a long stay was very handy. The staff were absolutely terrific with communications - quick to respond via Expedia messaging and facilitated all our requests. The one thing was I do wish they'd given us fresh towels everyday which they're supposed to. Admittedly, all I had to do was ask but I had troubled them with so many things that they'd been helpful with that I felt...
