The suite had a wonderful view, and the staff, especially Chris, were amazing and always very helpful. The pools were nice, and the private beach was calming. Although the resort is far from downtown, there are plenty of dining options nearby. The resort operates as a timeshare, so the suite did look lived-in in the bathroom, but the space was clean and comfortable.

We really liked the area the resort was in. The resort itself was nice and quiet, but getting shopping/restaurants/entertainment was easily walkable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The private beach was small, but in a great spot to rest, swim, snorkel or just float. The pool area isnā€™t huge, but thereā€™s plenty of space to play or relax. The suite we stayed in a fabulous view and was very comfortable for the three of us. We would definitely stay here again.

I liked that this hotel was walking distance to Mambo beach. I liked how quiet and how it had its own private beach. I didnā€™t like how I was on the first floor traveling as a solo female traveler. I requested for them to change the room which they couldnā€™t accommodate. So I had to make sure I took extra precautions to feel safe and comfortable but I still enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful and chill location; excellent staff. It was annoying to have to move rooms the day after we arrived, but staff moved our packed luggage for us (with our permission) while we were out exploring to keep it easy. Loved snorkeling in the water right off the hotel. We felt the pool closed early (at 9 pm), and would have liked to use the hot tub later!

We liked the private beach and the room size. We realize this is a timeshare but we are not timeshare owners and the value vs the cost weā€™d expect more. We asked for an upgrade and was told there were none available but the there were very few suites in use. We literally never saw more than 5-10 guest. It should be made very, very clear that this is a timeshare.
