Overall…the stay was wonderful, the only thing that could have been better was the temperature of the water (which is Solar Powered). That is the only hiccup as we like hot showers and for most of our stay it was lukewarm. Otherwise GREAT location, easy access, air conditioned, bar and restaurant on the property, pool, fireworks, easy access to Taxis (if you decide not to rent a car), and secure. Clean rooms and having a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove top, pots, plates, and laundry were also a PLUS. Stayed in the Panoramic Presidential and it was worth every penny!

We were in the 'Scoop' building. The place is old, the value is there. I had a kitchenette which is old, but the room was very big. Cleaning ladies are very nice. The location is great, walking distance to everything in Punda. The hot water for shower changes everyday, sometimes cold sometimes hot. Very close to the floating market, shopping, supermarket and restaurants. Very near the Queen Emma bridge. I loved Punda and Otrabanda, a must-see. Overall it is a good value but be aware it is old.
