I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my stay very enjoyable. The food was also excellent, with a good variety of options and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would happily stay here again.

We had a great time at the Rif. The other section which is Mangrove was more lively, however we had access to that section as well. Traveled with family and toddlers. Very relaxing vacation. I would book at the same hotel again.

Really nice property great location! Staff was hit or miss but we were prepared for that due to the reviews. Got a room with the plunge pool which was nice- but the water is too deep at 5 ft with no stairs. Same with the pools on the property.

Everything was perfect about this trip. Clean room, friendly and kind staff, nice big pool! Rooms had AC. I went with my parents and u fortunately I had to sleep on a cot, there wasn’t a twin bed which sucked. Only negative is that there weren’t any excursions or activities to do at the resort (paddle boarding, jet ski, etc) only kayaking and snorkeling. The resort didn’t have many activities to participate in.

It was on the ocean and close to downtown. Taxi service was very expensive. The restaurants and buffet were excellent. Snacks were brought to us every night and our mini fridge was restocked daily at no charge. The pool was huge, but very deep the entire length. Internet connection was not always consistent so the T.V. reception was sporadic and check-in was exceptionally long because the computers were down. The staff maintained a friendly atmosphere amidst the frustrated and impatient patrons. Next time we would rent a car and tour the island.

The rooms were clean for the most part, my husband is a Hilton Diamond member so they brought us a welcome platter of assorted cheeses and such. That was great besides the fact it sat there almost empty for 3 days before I took it out of our room, along with another platter we received the following night that got placed right by the almost empty one. Service was terrible and there was only a few workers that were actually nice. THE FOOD......WAS TERRIBLE!
