Overall our stay was excellent! The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The food was great and the location was easily accessible to other areas. Mambo beach blvd was literally a 10 minute walk.

I like the resort it was beautiful. We had an ocean view room it was amazing. The food and drinks were excellent, especially at the specialty restaurant. We are foodies the Italian and seafood was our favorite. The daily buffet was also really good, it had a lot of variety to choose from, there’s something for everyone. The staff were nice, they are very reserved not too friendly. I loved the nightly entertainment. And most of all the beach was amazing loved it. I would definitely return in the future.

We stayed in room 8119 (building 8 ground floor - sunclub room). It was a quiet and relaxing experience with little disturbance on this side of the property. Rooms were clean, staff was very welcoming and we can't wait to go back.

The property is more run down than the website shows. The beach towel situation was ridiculous. Could only get towels from 8 to 5 and they close for lunch and they give you a hard time exchanging them. They say you can only make reservations at the Japanese restaurant on the same day. Waited in line for when the reservation desk first thing in the morning only to be told they were all booked for dinner because of large party reservations. Staff were rude. However Amanda the concierge was extremely accommodating. She squeezed us in for dinner at the Japanese restaurant for my daughter’s birthday dinner.

Sunscape is close to popular activities we wanted to do. We were walking distance to Mambo Beach and a short taxi ride to downtown Willemstad. The resort held daily and nightly events and entertainment. I loved the fire show. Overall, the resort is very family friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel frequently ran out of things (ex: wash cloths, menu items at restaurants). The pool closed at 6pm every night. The best food was at the hibachi restaurant.

The hotel rooms are outdated. It needs a refresher or this hotel will be out of business in a year or two. The rooms are poorly maintained and some smell bad and sinks/showers are clogged. The restaurants are nice but my opinion they can add one or two more choices. The restaurants are not open every night so it can get crowded with long waits and poor service. Most of the staff are helpful. They have a Hibachi restaurant where they con you to buy a bottle in order to secure a reservation and then they rush you out by serving you dessert with the main course. I felt like the buffet hall was the best choice with great service. I was happy with the drinks. I was also happy the hotel was family friendly as I have three children. Lots of kids which was great to see.

Beautiful property, gorgeous ocean, many pools, ocean rocked off so easy to swim in ocean. Loved sunscape amenities like private pool, upscale liquor, vip services , minibar in room, concierge Kareen was fabulous when I needed help!! Kenneth and Beverly were fabulous bartenders and kind people!! Natalie, Verona, Peter, Harthan were great in the restaurants always sweet, nice , helpful, fun, made our stay even nicer!! All these wonderful staff made our stay fabulous 👌 only issue was checkin process was extremely lacking!!! But Kareen made it all better next day!!!!

Curaçao was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! The staff at Sunscape were very friendly. The property was well maintained. The beaches and sunsets were unforgettable! Waking up to the view from our ocean front room was a slice of paradise. Two comments I have are the air conditioning was horrible, the room temperature was uncomfortable and I wish there were a few more food choice options.
