The hotel rooms are outdated. It needs a refresher or this hotel will be out of business in a year or two. The rooms are poorly maintained and some smell bad and sinks/showers are clogged. The restaurants are nice but my opinion they can add one or two more choices. The restaurants are not open every night so it can get crowded with long waits and poor service. Most of the staff are helpful. They have a Hibachi restaurant where they con you to buy a bottle in order to secure a reservation and then they rush you out by serving you dessert with the main course. I felt like the buffet hall was the best choice with great service. I was happy with the drinks. I was also happy the hotel was family friendly as I have three children. Lots of kids which was great to see.

Sunscape is close to popular activities we wanted to do. We were walking distance to Mambo Beach and a short taxi ride to downtown Willemstad. The resort held daily and nightly events and entertainment. I loved the fire show. Overall, the resort is very family friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel frequently ran out of things (ex: wash cloths, menu items at restaurants). The pool closed at 6pm every night. The best food was at the hibachi restaurant.

Beautiful property, gorgeous ocean, many pools, ocean rocked off so easy to swim in ocean. Loved sunscape amenities like private pool, upscale liquor, vip services , minibar in room, concierge Kareen was fabulous when I needed help!! Kenneth and Beverly were fabulous bartenders and kind people!! Natalie, Verona, Peter, Harthan were great in the restaurants always sweet, nice , helpful, fun, made our stay even nicer!! All these wonderful staff made our stay fabulous šŸ‘Œ only issue was checkin process was extremely lacking!!! But Kareen made it all better next day!!!!

CuraƧao was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! The staff at Sunscape were very friendly. The property was well maintained. The beaches and sunsets were unforgettable! Waking up to the view from our ocean front room was a slice of paradise. Two comments I have are the air conditioning was horrible, the room temperature was uncomfortable and I wish there were a few more food choice options.

This place is like nothing they advertise! It is in shambles. Half the activities don't exist. Old buildings with none of the proper amenities. Unfortunately this place is awful. The staff however was pleasant.

The room I was given was different from what was shown in the pictures, and it wasnā€™t very cleanā€”you could even see strands of hair on the shower handle. The food was overly salty, and the pool didnā€™t appear well-maintained. However, I will say that the staff was very nice and friendly, which I appreciated.

Food was good a lot of options. Some staff were very kind especially the sun club lounge but others seemed like they didn't want to talk to me or me asking for help was an issue for them. The buffet has good food but if you are trying to go for breakfast make sure you go early otherwise there will be a big line, same as dinner. The pools are nice but the best is the beach with the crystal clear water. Room was clean and only some times they would forget to fill the mini bar but as long as you let them know they would go and fill it up. The only issue with our room was one of the glass shower doors was missing so whenever we took a shower it would make a mess all over the floor.
