I absolutely loved this place! It’s right by the beach, and the staff were amazing everyone was so friendly and kind. I gave it 4 stars mainly because on our last night, our room wasn’t cleaned, and we noticed some black stuff on the sheets, which definitely grossed my sister out. However, the front desk was very prompt in taking care of it for us. Besides that one issue, everything else was perfect! I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed there for the period Aug 4 to 7 with my wife and 2 kids. Room was clean, toilet, shower and all faucets worked perfect. Daily cleaning is available. The main desk staff was very helpful and yes, we got all the towels needed to use and leave, just make sure and return them. The pool was also clean. Great property all round and would definitely recommend them. We also tried the dining in, the good was also great and we received complimentary drinks with out dinner.

During my stay at Parasasa Hotel, I enjoyed the staff immensely! I was shocked to learn that a lot of the staff were young due to their professional! My only regret was after 10pm, everything shut down!

I had a wonderful relaxing stay here as a solo traveler. Staff in training were helpful, pumpkin pancakes for breakfast amazing, pool clean. Across the street from Parasasa Playa-swimming,not good for snorkeling. Great place to stay 10 minutes from downtown.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean and cozy, and the views were absolutely beautiful—especially being so close to the beach. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay (Thanks for everything Su Su & Zurie). Everything felt smooth and stress-free, which is exactly what I needed for a vacation. The location is perfect if you enjoy being on the beach. It's nice and quiet and good for walks/jogging along the beach. Breakfast/dinner were alright. Staff for the most part very nice/polite.

Room was very clean and smelled clean as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Jimmy, a bartender was very helpful with suggesting local places to visit. All of the ladies that we came in contact with were very sweet. The hotel was great for the price we paid and it is directly from Parasasa beach.. literally walking distance! The pool and the restaurant was a nice touch as well. I really enjoyed my stay and would visit again!

Check-in was easy. There is an elevator, but I didn't use it because it is a little slow, and I was near the stairs. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and there was a refrigerator, and multiple outlets available (you need an adaptor if you don't have the European style prongs). The temp in the room could be a little cooler during the day, but it was perfect at night. The bathroom is a little tight, but it was sufficient. The water temp and pressure were great. I didn't need any assistance from the staff during my stay, but someone was always available. There is a nice covered outside bar and restaurant, along with a seating area. The location is safe, and not too far from the city area nor the beaches.

Staff was great! Food was good but want more local choices. Salmon is not a catch of the day lol. Rooms are clean and decent location to get around. If you buy the breakfast buffet, it’s not a buffet, it’s continental. Like to unwind at the end of the day with a show or movie, there is a tv with no services.

Room was spotless but I missed not having a balcony. This hotel is a work in progress and once they get the extractor working in bathrooms will be much appreciated. Staff were great and one has to bear with the students who try so hard. Bed was perfect. Air con brilliant. And hats off to the lady who helped me when I had a vertigo attack and got me to my room and looked after me and my husband, def recommend this place away from the mayhem of the big resorts.

In general, the staff were good to Great. The room was the worst room in the hotel. The bathroom sockets didn’t work properly paragraph and one night around midnight I was awoken by a conversation between a staff person and another person that was so loud it woke me out of a dead sleep. I asked them to turn the noise down a bit which they did, but they continued to talk for another hour.

Hotel is decent, rooms spacious and ambience good. Customer service however needs to improve. It's advertised as a learning hotel, and guests are asked to be patient with the students. As much as I appreciate the experience the students are receiving, they need to be supervised until they are comfortable/ready to be unsupervised. At the end of the day this is tourism and the guests need to feel they are receiving their money's worth. There were too many mishaps in my first couple of days there. I'm not necessarily blaming it on the students but the lack of supervision: booked into room that wasn't cleaned after the previous guests checked out, no remote for the television in the room I was placed, no bathmats because laundry hadn't arrived, receiving my coffee at the end of my breakfast because I had to wait on cream/milk, having no change for me after trying to pay for a dinner item, and the list goes on. Again it's a decent hotel but for me these issues were unacceptable. Might have been okay with someone else.

The good: 1. The room size for a hotel was exceptional (king size bed, couch area, fridge, large and wide triple wardrobe) 2. the shower was very large, in black slate, and awesome water pressure. 3. some of the staff were truly exceptional. Mostly experienced and there to train, they were friendly, happy that we were staying with them, and immediately helped us if something was missing (ie. sugar/coffee, milk pods, tisanes, etc. where to go) 4. some cleaning staff really made the bed and not just the duvet. One cleaned the floors but mostly they were never cleaned. 5. The location is a real gem for the price! The bad: 1. Only 5 hangers in the large wardrobe. 2. the reception needs to explain better how to use the shower. if not, water will spray out into the bathroom. 3. the towel rack is sooooo high, there is no way anybody under 5"6 will be able to reach up to hang the towels. I had to ask my partner to hang up everything as a standard 5'3 female. 4. The water at the sink was scalding hot since the cold water was not functioning. Told to use the shower to brush our teeth, since the plumber never came during our 10 day stay. 5. some of the staff were not friendly at all, mostly at reception, clearly not happy that we were staying with them, and made us feel like we were bothering them if something was missing or gave us the wrong information just to get rid of us (ie. the microwave). Advice: have active management on-prem, noticeable improvements when they were there

Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The hotel is perfectly located, very close to the city (just a 7-minute drive from the Queen Emma Bridge), without the noise or crowds, and right on the beach; it’s not the prettiest beach, but it’s definitely a plus! The hotel is nice, clean, and in very good condition, since it’s new; however, the staff consists mostly of students, so they do their jobs, but they aren’t particularly friendly or thorough. Great part of the staff didn’t speak Spanish, so I had to speak English; it wasn’t a problem for me, but the rest of the people I was traveling with only spoke Spanish, and I think that if you don’t speak English or don’t have someone to help you, it might be something to keep in mind—it doesn’t mean you won’t be able to communicate at all, but it might be a bit awkward or slightly annoying. The food at the hotel restaurant is reeeaally good, though. I highly recommend it if you don’t mind that the staff just do their jobs and not being extra friendly—it’s a nice place, and I’d go back without a doubt.
