Property is well managed. The front desk and restaurant staff members are efficient and accommodating. I like the new restaurant menu and the service provided by the new bartender. Jay J. and the other supervisors are competent, focused workers. I enjoy staying there. It gives me a five minutes walking radius access to a variety of shops, restaurants and local entertainment in the heart of the city. And, I enjoy seeing, less than 100 yards away. the hugh sea vessels escorted from the inland waterway to the Caribbean Sea. One thing that I would do differently, is to redirect the kitchen staff from coming thru the dining space to get something soft to drink from the bar area. The chef and other kitchen staff must never see the restaurant patrons, or frequent the dining area...as it is done in bigger hotels.

I loved this hotel for its convenient location to the art district, queen Emma bridge connecting two main tourist areas, plaza/mall area etc. It has a bar/restaurant with a great view ! There is a parking lot right across the street that is free to hotel guests. The room was clean and nice. I highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here next time I come to curaçao !

I booked a balcony. To my knowledge there are just a small amount of balcony rooms. I was under the impression that i would have a pretty nice view of the harbor. Balcony rooms are more expensive. Well you dont have much of a view. You have a view of their solar system. So if you want a nice view, get a window room. Location in Otrabanda is very good.
