Great location to all shops and restaurants in town. Staff friendly and helpful , from front desk to cleaning crew and even security. Do not stay if you trip includes a Thursday/Friday if you dont want noise or to party. The top floor turns into a night club with full DJ until midnight, and along with music from the restauant on the ground floor there is nowhere to hide. We would stay there again but not a Thursday.

The hotel was super convenient with the perfect location in the heart of the city, everything was closed by and tons of restaurants and shops to choose from. The room was clean, bed super comfy. There’s a rooftop bar so expect some noise at night but that was not a problem for me. Overall, the hotel is good and worth it if you want to be at walking distance from lots of options.

We randomly met the owner in the elevator, he and his staff treated us like family. The rooftop pool area is EVERYTHING!!! I’d stay here again without question. Its walking distance to everything you need. Go to the restaurant downstairs. The staff was great and the food delicious!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Elements very much. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They assisted with a car rental and scheduled a taxi to the airport. The location is perfectly placed next to bars, stores, museums and there is even a giant screen to enjoy the World Cup games daily. Definitely will return.

The property was clean & the people were very nice & attentive. The hotel was within walking distance to plenty of shops, stores & the beach. The only way to contact the front desk was via what’s app!! No telephones in the rooms. They don’t provide washcloths. They have a rooftop restaurant/bar with a pool that plays music until midnight. They have hookah also. The best night to go is Thursday.

Elements hotel was a great stay. Our room was cleaned daily and the staff were attentive to all our needs. Being in the enter of Punda you have access to all the shops and restaurants near by. Our favourite was Mar & Tierra situated downstairs of the hotel. The seafood platter for two was super delicious. A must try. Would recommend to stay for the location, cleanliness and friendliness of staff.
