This resort is the best ever that we stayed when vacationing. It has everything we like, the room with beautiful ocean view, beautiful beaches, very friendly staff (especially Mr. Movie star/Celebrity… always smiling with joy to guests and Mr Vic always made guests feeling at home with his charms), excellent foods, tranquility and Serenity with Caribbean feelings. Thanks to Avila staff made this happening. We will be back next year with another 2 weeks.

Great resort Amazing beach Amazing staff Super clean Only negative, personally, the restaurants are very disappointing. Food not great and the drinks, eventhough they were so expensive, had no alcohol. I would stay there again but definitely would do all my dining outside, besides pizza lunch and juice. Don't buy alcohol drinks, a total waste of money. Curacao have great restaurants so not a deal breaker.

The property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning ocean views, a private beach, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring Willemstad and the island while still enjoying a tranquil beachfront escape. Just a short walk or drive from many wonderful restaurants, although the hotel restaurants are great, particularly the Saturday beach bbq. The beach at the hotel is one of the best on the island. Every part of our experience exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Avila Beach Hotel to anyone visiting Curaçao and look forward to returning in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Highly recommended!

We stayed for 5 nights and LOVED it! The staff was so wonderful, our room was very clean. The food (not included) was good but on the pricier side (seems to be the theme of curacao). The beach/ pool are was beautiful and kept very clean. We would absolutely stay again Ps, beware of snails, frogs and creatures on the walkway when walking on the property late at night or early morning

Took my daughter here for a graduation trip. Avila is the oldest hotel on the island, it has history behind it. It was a nice hotel. Very laid back, relaxing environment. The onsite restaurants are just ok. Servers move extremely slow. Although, I found all the food in Curacao to be lackluster. Front desk staff were excellent, very helpful with whatever we needed. Did not rent a car. The taxi app helped us get around. I found that from Avila, the taxis to every place we visited was $20 each way. We did multiple excursions with pickup service, so a car for us wasn't something I wanted to deal with. If you're looking for lots of restaurant options, beach clubs, and a lively environment, I would suggest looking at staying at Mambo Beach. We spent most evenings there.

Very good location! Beach was private & great to relax. It was wonderful, was not really crowded while we were there. If you are looking for a lot of night life - this is probably not for you. There are some music nights and that was fun. But for relaxation this is great. I would stay here again.
