Vacations Close To Willawaw Nature Trail

The staff was lovely. Aster at the front desk was especially patient and helpful. The one issue I had was my bed sheets and pillow cases had not been changed. The sheets were wrinkled, clearly slept in, and both the pillow cases and sheets smelled strongly of body odor. I alerted the front desk right away and they promptly corrected this. This is a big issue for me. Other than that, the restaurants had excellent food and service, the indoor saltwater pool was spectacular, and I very much enjoyed the Veilbreaker Skybridge Tour.

Overall I enjoyed my three stays here. The ks bed was comfortably firm. The bathrooms were basic but functional. I would suggest staying on the lower floor as there is traffic noise on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Pay attention to hidden charges from this hotel. I checked in and was told I was paid in full and that my credit card was for incidentals only and any damage to the room etc. I was charged $140 without my knowledge or approval. I spent over half an hour making phone calls and trying to get this resolved. The one lady said they get this complaint all the time, so it’s just them trying to hope people don’t notice their credit card charges. They hide a $28 per night charge and do not inform their customers of the charge. Since I was unable to resolve the matter I simply contacted my credit card and will have them remove the charge. Once again, be careful with this hotel and their practices! The hotel itself was average. It was nothing to write home about.
