I would 100% stay here again. The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff was so helpful. They have plenty of bikes and beach chairs for everyone. The pool never seemed crowded. We had an amazing stay!

This is a very nice hotel experience at WW Crest. Rooms have been renovated and are adequate for a quick beach trip. Affordable and quiet. Only complaint is there is one elevator that was slower than mollases. This is something out of their control so when booking, book a lower floor.

Our family rented three rooms for our stay, and we could not have been happier with the experience. The customer service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. We received a welcome text upon check-in letting us know we could simply text if we needed anything during our stay. We requested a few extra items for one of our rooms, and they responded within seconds. The items were delivered promptly, which was very impressive. One of the many perks is that beach chairs are included with the rooms. Since the beach is directly in front of the hotel, we took advantage of that amenity. Unfortunately, one of the chairs would not open. I sent a quick text to the hotel, and within minutes a staff member brought us a replacement chair right to us on the beach. That level of attentiveness and responsiveness felt like VIP service! The pool area was beautiful, well-maintained, and a great place to relax. The hotel also offers many amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our entire family was comfortable and well taken care of. Excellent hospitality, great communication, beautiful facilities, and exceptional customer service. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway.

The Mahalo Diamond Beach

This hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The pool and the common areas were very clean and neat. The furniture and the buildings are in good condition. It was extremely pleasant to have spent the last week of the summer here. We will definitely come back!!
