The location was great, the staff were great, room was dated, everything functioned properly however, the toilet pivoted on the base and felt like it was going to break off, cabinets and fixtures were very dated, bed was comfortable and the room and property were very clean. The pool was small and always packed with kids. There were 3 grills that looked well maintained; however, they were always backed up and never had a chance to use them. For comparable prices in the area, I would stay again.

When we arrived we asked if we could extend our stay by one day. The staff was very accomidating making the necessary arrangement to allow us to stay an additional day. Room was clean and well stocked but a bit dark when curtains were closed. The only issue was the water pump on the AC unit would screech every so often. We needed to turn off AC at night so we could sleep. Reported it to front desk but nothing was fixed.

To start the staff is super friendly and welcoming. We stayed for 3 days and the housekeepers cleaned the room every morning for us replenishing all towels and toiletries so we didnt have to worry about anything else. The room was very clean with a gorgeous ocean view, the beds and pillows could be a little come cushioning but that is just my opinion but they were clean 100%. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed at a 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse. Layout provided a nice amount of space for comfort for 3 adults, 2 children. Ocean Views were great! Close to bike rental, small water park for children and close to beach! And several places to eat within walking distance. We ubered to boardwalk. Some constructive feedback: while I felt comfortable sleeping at The Lotus Inn, meaning beds/sheets were clean, bathrooms were clean, I find that most rentals just cannot get the floors clean. : / I realize it's alot of turnover but it would be wonderful to have clean floors.

Great part of the beach to stay at in wildwood. I’ve stayed at many hotels there and this is definitely one of the better ones. Wildwood hotels are old so if you go into it knowing they aren’t five star hotels you will love it. The pool was heated but didn’t have sun on it after 12. Room was cleaned daily and rooms were more updated than other hotels I’ve stayed at. The location alone is worth staying here for. It’s by far the best location I’ve stayed at in wildwood. Right on the beach with a great park and splash pad across the street. Bike rentals are nearby too. The boardwalk is a drive away which made the location quiet and peaceful. We stayed on the ground level of the hotel but I heard some people complaining about the elevator being slow. Overall great stay!
