Improve your breakfast service

Excellent hotel. This was our 4th stay. Since last time they heated the pool which is a great improvement. However something was wrong with the breakfast service this time. Not enough waiters to attend to the guests and one has to wait very long for your food. Not up to standard for a 5 star hotel

Best property with excellent location and amazing service by each and every individual. Great extensive menu at the all day restaurant. Chef made very delicious food for Breakfast lunch and dinner. My wife is vegetarian and she enjoyed every dish Chef prepared for her. We really had relaxed 5 nights at the VIEWS . We also enjoyed the spa and massage. Planning to stay at VIEWS next year. We really appreciate the great hospitality by the staff from beginning to end.

Just another great reason to enjoy Wilderniss!!! Room was huge very clean bed so comfy didn’t want to get to. Breakfast with the view of the ocean spectacular! Staff professional courteous and attentive. If the Reading was 5 star they would be 6!!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The food is incredible, and service & staff is the best I’ve ever received at a hotel. The staff is always so helpful and any requests are taking care of immediately. I can only recommend this hotel. The views are also absolutely stunning. Also, my friend was vegan and they had so many delicious options for her to eat. 5 stars for this hotel!!

Hervorragende Lage. Das größte Defizit liegt im fehlenden Service-Verständnis, insbes. im Restaurant. Lange Wartezeiten, auch wenn wenige Gäste da sind. Alle MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr freundlich - dies bedeutet jedoch nicht automatisch guter Service. Herausragend Herr Anton. Gute Betreuung an der Rezeption. Unzumutbar: in den letzten 2 Nächten ging 4 mal in der Nacht die gesamte Beleuchtung an, da der hausinterne Generator anspringt. Kein Durchschlafen möglich!
