The room was very clean, but a little cramped for space. The faucets barely had water running out but the shower was better. We only needed a room to sleep and continue on our trip, so it was a good choice and the location was easy to find. I would stay there again if the situation was the same. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Comfortable, quiet and clean room with friendly staff. The hot water and A/C worked well. The pool was nice but the hot tub was unfortunately paved over. The area seemed safe and convenient to restaurants. The breakfast included was a standard hotel breakfast. I thought it was a very good value.

The staff was really kind and helpful. The ac in the hallways and lobby was broken. The toilet seat was broken and the shower curtain rod was also broken. All in all I would probably stay again to get out of the heat bc the price was so good.

The pool was nice. The room AC was not working well. The “full” breakfast was sausage, eggs (they only sat at once and was gone by 8 am),and waffles. The family suite was spacious but only had 2 towels. There was no towels at the pool. The ice machine only worked on floors 2 and 7. We needed to leave a day early and their cancellation policy is strict so if you want to leave early because of the AC, you just have to eat the cost.

OK, so the hotel in itself was OK. It served its purpose, but the room was not clean at all. I think even if other areas in a hotel are not on point at least have a clean room so you can be comfortable there. We stayed there for five days and the breakfast was the same each and every day, the staff worked hard to accommodate everyone and were extremely nice and helpful.

This hotel's website photos are a bit deceiving. Also, "downtown Wichita" is a hilarious descriptor as there was nothing there but homeless people and Spangles. I did not feel entirely comfortable with my car in the lot. The hotel is definitely in need of some basic upkeep. I didn't have any interactions with staff other than to check in which was fine, there were no problems there. I hate to leave a bad review but I also wish I'd read the reviews online before staying there.
