The first room had a water leak from the a/c, but the staff immediately moved us to another room. The facility is clean & family friendly, and the staff are all customer centric, friendly & efficient. The complimentary breakfast was top notch, with varied selections that were excellently prepared. Great place to stay.

Professional staff and the manager is a rock star! My daughter forgot something at the room and we only realized after we got home 4 hours later. Manager was super helpful, was able to get the housekeeping crew to retrieve the item and so nice to ship to us once I provided a shipping label! I'm forever grateful!

It was quiet and a good location. Pretty small area for breakfast or gathering with family in the lobby/breakfast area. Breakfast offerings of bread, rolls ran short two of three days we were there. Out of date decor, our room was not well equipped for disabilities which we asked for. Toilet sit was low and no counter space by sink. The shower was good though and plenty of grab bars. The elevator worked well.
