Room was spotless, the front desk clerk Dorothy was a prime example of “Excellent “ guest relations provider. My son had left his IPods in the room and Dorothy called me on my cell phone to make me aware, fortunately I was still in area and went back to retrieve them. I was able to thank Dorothy personally and express my appreciation for the honesty of the cleaning staff and her taking the time to contact me.
