Staff was fine. No hot water, tv didn’t work, phone didn’t work, doors key cards only worked once. Place just opened having many issues.

No hot water in the shower or hand sink. Attempted to call front desk multiple times, but no one was available. Due to time constraints, I just chose to take an ice cold shower and it was awful. Told the front desk at check out and was met with confusion that this couldn't have been possible. A colleague also stayed there, had the same problem, and was also treated like this was something only they had experienced. I am in Wichita monthly and wouldn't stay here again simply for the lack of admittance to this issue. I didn't get any type of reimbursement, and I didn't ask, but acting as though I was being untruthful about there not being any hot, or even warm, water was weird and not someone I'd want to give my business to in the future.
