The room was the most spacious and complete accommodation for this last week of 'following our noses' for a fall colors tour of Colorado. There were a few oddities, like some repairs that were novice, but overall price and quality outstripped every other facility over the entire week.

Check-in was a breeze. The room was spacious and clean and the kitchenette has full sized appliances. There is plenty of parking. Easy shopping within 10 minutes. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Suite was a neat setup. AC unit fan made noise randomly through the night and the room was supposed to be non smoking but lightly of cigarette. Breakfast options were slim, no protein options.

We asked for a room on 1st floor because my mom was in Wichita for surgery and was having trouble walking. Our room was on 2nd floor and about as far away from the elevator as you can get.
