The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions. Even though there was a gas line break, they brought in a generator and kept the hot water flowing when other hotels didn’t have any!

Very nice place - comfortable and staff was friendly Make sure you keep up with tunnel schedule. Our flight arrived late and tunnel closed at 1030pm so we had to wait til early morning to check in but the staff was very accommodating and it ended up working out in the end.

The bed and linens were lovely. The clothes rack and drawers were unique. The decor and fireplace in the lobby was cozy. The owner and staff were fun and helpful. The mountain view rooms also looked out on garbage dumpsters with trash around from crows. We had to go out for breakfast as none was available at the Inn.

They were so helpful helping us with storage and the tavern was great! I was there when another customer was complaining about not being able to carry their bags to the ferry terminal and the manager personally drove him and his bags over. Great location as well, as it’s only a few minutes walk from the terminal!

Cute Inn really only place to stay and it was right on the water. Great location if you are coming by train or taking a cruise. The front desk is often not there. It’s a small mom and pop place, but very cute place overall.

I really liked the property and the staff were all very friendly. Since it didn't offer breakfast and the restaurant wasn't open until 11:00 I feel they should have a microwave and mini fridge in the rooms. My heater didn't work so they brought me a small electric heater. I was told someone would look at it the next day. However; it didn't get fixed.
