“Hotel muy cómodo; sin embargo su servicio dejó mucho que desear. Las toallas de cara y manos fueron retiradas, pero nunca reemplazadas por toallas limpias y tuve un vaso sucio en la habitación (Batido de fresa) por casi 3 días (la limpieza pasó y a pesar de estar visible, nunca lo retiró).”

“The room was originally quite underwhelming. Parts of the hotel are in desperate need of being refurbished. But they moved me to a different room, and I was very happy with it. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was not included, but well worth the cost. There were plenty of warm options, and they were all delicious - a true English breakfast. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the naval museum and Gunnery Quays. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. I would...
