Timbers Motel is a classic and iconic part of Bigfork! My family has been staying here for over 38 years, and it has not lost its charm. The rooms are not fancy - but very clean. The pool is not huge- but perfect for a hot summer afternoon, The Timbers has everything you need for a perfect vacation. It is locally owned and well maintained. Plus, it is in walking distance to all the best parts of Bigfork. Oh, and they gladly take dogs. Enjoy your stay!

This property was a great basecamp for activities in the Bigfork area including Flathead Lake, Whitefish, Glacier Park, etc... Rooms are very spacious and clean. Pool was very clean and enjoyable. I will return!

Rooms were decent. Coffee/tea was only served till 10 in the small lobby only. No breakfast so you have to drive for any meals/food. Warm heated outdoor pool was great, even when it was raining. Would’ve been nice if housecleaning would stop by every day even to sweep floors & empty garbages or change towels. Quiet motel away from the busy highway. Front desk staff was pleasant.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The front desk manager was very kind, helpful, and welcoming, which we really appreciated. There were a few things that could be improved. Whenever I made a phone call from our room, the fire alarms would go off, which was very strange and a little unsettling. I also think the rooms could use some updates and could be kept a bit cleaner. The pillows were not very comfortable, so replacing those would make the stay more enjoyable as well. Despite these issues, we had a good experience overall thanks to the friendly and helpful staff.
