Great renovation to rooms, beds were very comfy. The bar on site was a chill vibe, highly recommend. The oversized hot tub was added bonus. Hotel is 1-2 min drive from downtown and 7 mins from Whitefish Lake. 35-40 mins from Glacier Park. Great stay!

Stayed for a wedding and it was amazing! Our room wasn’t the renovated loft so it was outdated to be expected, but so spacious and perfect for my family. The walls did appear a little dirty though. Also, the breakfast could probably come with more options. Other than that, lovely stay! Great pool, hot tub, fire pit, and the housekeeping was amazing! Thank you for a great stay.

Resort is currently under renovation, so couldn’t use pool. I am sure it will be very nice like the rest of the resort. Our room had been renovated and very nice. Lobby and patio are beautiful. Buffet breakfast was a bit expensive for what you get, but good in a pinch. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. I would definitely return there.

We had a good stay at this lodge. The location was nice, the outdoor areas were cozy and relaxing, and the breakfast was good. The rooms were large and comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable. The property could benefit from some updates, especially in the rooms and bathrooms. We also noticed some mold on the curtains, which should be addressed. Overall, it was a good place to stay, with a pleasant atmosphere and comfortable accommodations.

The staff at Grouse Mountain was extremely helpful during our stay. We arrived believing we had all the items we needed for our dogs. But we forgot food bowls. We forgot water bowls. We forgot scissors to open the food for the dogs. Not only is there no additional charge for pets, but the front desk staff obtained take-away containers to use for food dishes, a glass bowl to use for water, and scissors to open the food containers. The bathroom sink drain leaked when we arrived; it was fixed within 30 minutes. Thank you, Grouse Mountain staff! You made our stay much better than it otherwise would have been.

This hotel is very nice and also undergoing renovations to upgrade. The pools and hot in were closed for Reno’s which we were not aware of and was something we wanted to use. The hotel itself is very nice and staff was incredibly friendly. The bonus was bringing our dogs at no extra fee which we appreciated!! We experienced a power outage at no fault of the hotel but wasn’t able to use many of the amenities or tv in the suite. Overall it was a beautiful property and excellent stay.

Cute little resort in a peaceful part of town. Staff were great at the front desk. We had been traveling all day/night so we decided to eat at the restaurant on the resort. The food was okay, but a little on the pricey side for what you received. The staff were rushed, overwhelmed and it felt like everything was disorganized and in a bit of chaos. Our waiter was trying his best and some things are out of control but our kids even could tell that everything was disheveled. Wait times for food were long (it took 2 hours for us to sit, finally get our food, and get a check 😳). Staff also openly blamed each other to guests. Very unprofessional.

The lady who works as a front service agent, who is out front, greeting guests, organizing luggage and rooms for busses, is extremely rude. She really set the tone for the lodge. This is the hospitality industry. Why put someone with such a nasty disposition as the face of the organization, the first impression guests meet? No, I was not part of a bus trip. I was on a personal trip traveling by car and did not require any assistance from the front service agent. I did require assistance because the air conditioning was not working, and when I called the front desk, the very sweet, kind lady came up to my room and fixed the issue immediately. Kindness goes a long way.
