Some portion is under renovation. Wash rooms are small, lacks privacy, unsuitable for traditional/orthodox family. Old fittings and fixtures. Not value for money. One has to allocate one and half hours to reach Central Railway Station (KSR) due to heavy traffic.”

From reception, to the concierge, to the restaurant personnel, to management, the service is personalized, smooth, discrete and non-intrusive. “Small but clean room. Hot water for shower with good water pressure. Excellent service at reception, good breakfast, and friendly staff. Breakfast was buffet and they also made customised dosas and omelettes on demand. They offered 1 pm checkout for free and had amenities on hand, including a comb. Very happy with the stay.”
