We have stayed here beforbut not as long as thus stay. From the front desk, Mel, Jalen made tge stay easy. The breakfast, Dinja was excellent and tasty. We loved the variety of the menu. Housekeeping was excellent. Easy parking for guests, but the biggest perk DOG FRIENDLY.

The property is very nice, but the staff are what makes this place so special. From the front desk, to the housekeeping, to the breakfast attendants, they were all superior. My daughter missed breakfast by 10 minutes and the sweet staff still made her a waffle. They go above and beyond!

Restaurant on site was not the cuisine I was expecting, but it was no issue as there were plenty of dining options like free breakfast and plenty of restaurants or fast food places within a 5-10min walk. Very quiet and situated in an amazing location. Whenever I have to work away from my actual residence, I prefer a Residence Inn because it's very business-like and keeps me on track professionally.

Late at night, I heard an old guy blowing the nose several times, thinking that must have been from the next room. It was quite loud and I was very scared because I was staying at the hotel by myself. About 20 years ago, I stayed at the same hotel and remember that I was super satisfied with everything thing there, and that’s why I chose this hotel this time. Unfortunately almost everything was the same as before. Considering the rate I paid, I do hope the security staff will be better at this hotel in the near future such as checking every visitor at the reception, such as finding out the reason for their visit, whom they are visiting, and how long they will stay there, etc.
