Negative: -Navigating between floors is very tricky. It took 2 elevators to get from the lobby to a first floor room. -There was noise all night long. -the pillows were uncomfortable. Positive: - it was very clean. -the bed was comfortable.

Room is clean, great breakfast. Check-in boy argued with me and i don't recommend doing precheck-in because he made me do it all over again. But when our neighboring room was being rude and loud at midnight it was handled swiftly.This was our second time staying here and I would definately stay again.

The room was nice and clean but we can hear the people next door to us. I gave it a 2 star rating because when we arrived people were at the back entrance smoking weed, which was disappointing because that is supposed to be a smoke free area and my kids had to walk into that smell which carried into the first floor of the building. And it was only 8:55 PM.
