The staff was friendly and helpful with everything we needed. We had a two bedroom suite, it was clean, spacious, comfortable and peaceful. The beds were so comfortable we slept peacefully and woke up feeling energized. The hotel shuttle was perfect for getting around in the area. The room was very clean and well appointed and smelled lovely. King bed and pull-out couch worked well and we even had a kitchenette. The bed was very comfy, couch not so much. We were asked if we wanted the bed pulled out and made to which we said yes and it wasn't done. When we asked about it that night we were told it wasn't a service provided but were given sheets. Great location and amenities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Even got bottles of water at check in. Breakfast in the morning, although we didn't partake, looked good and there was plenty of it. Coffee was good too. They had coffee and cucumber water in the lobby all day long which was nice.

Wish they had an indoor pool instead of an outdoor pool but that’s a personal preference and the water pressure for the toilets are really bad but not their fault. Hot water was amazing! Everything super clean we missed breakfast because the bed was superrrrr comfortable needed another pillow and that would have made it perfect but the ones we had were fine. Promptness of staff was excellent and next business trip I’ll probably stay here again one of the major downsides for me is I was told the TV’s were smart televisions but they are not and definitely wish they would upgrade that.

Initial room was not clean, But staff offered a different room right away. Which was cleaner. But still had few house keeping misses. Not sure if they have a shortage of cleaning staff. But as a guess I am all for a clean room it sets the mood for the stay. Staff kind and prompt to provide towels etc. over-all good stay.
