When booked, it stated there was breakfast, my husband did not see breakfast not one time and he would was staying there to be close to the hospital where he worked nights since there was inclement weather. He would come in the morning from his shift looking for breakfast. The property could certainly use some updating, but outside of that and not having breakfast included, as advertised, the staff was very nice and the parking garage was a plus. There was a lot of snow and he dod not have to be in the cold cleaning off his car.

For the price, it’s okay. But, pillows are small, mattress is hard, and there was no coffee as promised in the morning. Also, parking lot is dirty. Staff is friendly and nice.

Staff were very helpful-tubs have no stoppers so baths are impossible and shower lever only worked sometimes; coffee was not available at all times as advertised; packaged muffins and oatmeal are not what one would call ‘breakfast’ as advertised; there were no dishes or utensils in kitchen if one felt like bringing food to the room; no rugs in the floor makes for hearing your neighbors every time they moved a chair

The staff is the hidden gem.

Every single staff member we met was above and beyond friendly and helpful. We were between apartments for a couple of days with our cats. The property looks old, but is clean. The staff is why I would recommend this hotel.
