We appreciated greatly the warm welcome, amazing service, and no problem too difficult attitude of the staff. They made the hotel and our stay the success it was. Truly exceptional. We had dinner and breakfasts throughout our 4 night stay and all were good and adaptable to our requirements. Rooms were maintained immaculately. The one problem for a large man like me was the bed size. We had a twin room and the beds are very narrow. But that was the only issue we faced and we'd definitely return.

We loved our stay here, it was so near to whitby centre. The room was good, a negative is no where to dry towels. We had to ask for more coffee and sugar, as we were staying three nights. We will recomnend a stay at Penny Hedge. Staff could not do enough for us , all very friendly and polite. We will come again now we know of the hotel . Caroline and Laura were helpful , we rang because we could not quite find your location on our sat nav. staff helped us on this matter and then found you quickley. kind regards to all at penny Hedge.
