I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel and Whistler are fantastic. The staff were very helpful. Hit it off with Beny. Nice guy. Had a problem with the TV (someone had disconnected the internet to hook up their computer) Beny was up within 5 minutes and had it up and running. The hotel sits central to the town site. Great for getting around in summer but would require a short walk (150M) to the lifts during ski season.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. They even provided dishes, wine glasses, bottle & can openers and cutlery which was a nice bonus. Access to whistler village is just outside the front door and discounted garage parking was greatly appreciated While the staff were quick to respond to our concerns we had no hot water the day we arrived nor the next morning. Also there were no ice machines working and our TV didn’t work so we had to move all our things to another room. We are waiting to hear if we will be compensated for these inconveniences and not having hot water which should never happen at the price charged.

They are trying hard to keep the Village's first hotel up to date, and it's a great value with kitchenettes in the rooms and clean indoor pool & hot tub, all right in the middle of the upper village. Checkout is early at 10am and overnight parking expires at 11am, so if you hit the slopes after checkout, purchase more parking time from the machine or front desk.

Location is amazing, it is right across the bus stop and everything else like bars, restaurants, lifts are walking distance. Front desk was very friendly and helpful, check in and check out were seamless. The hotel has space to leave your bags after check out (for an additional cost) which is super convenient if you're planning on catching the bus later. The room was very clean and big, I had a balcony with the view of the village, super cute. I will definitely be returning!
