We thoroughly enjoyed our stay which exceeded our expectations. Our room was quite spacious and very clean. The staff at front desk were extremely courteous and helpful. Will not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Whistler!

Good location, and ok facility. The sink kept backing up with gurgling waste water and took sometime to fix leading to canceling our night out. The manager didn’t offer to move us to another room, no credit or incentive to come back after paying for the room, A bit disappointed with the customer service.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel and Whistler are fantastic. The staff were very helpful. Hit it off with Beny. Nice guy. Had a problem with the TV (someone had disconnected the internet to hook up their computer) Beny was up within 5 minutes and had it up and running. The hotel sits central to the town site. Great for getting around in summer but would require a short walk (150M) to the lifts during ski season.

There was no wash room for guests use while waiting to check in in the lobby. 2. the no-stick pan was worn out and did not work 3. The microwave in rm 211 did not work
