The whole experience was fantastic. The staff were very attentive, friendly and seemed to genuinely care. The room was spotless, large and had everything we needed. Beds super comfy and the shower was powerful with lovely products. Would love to stay again.

This was our first trip to Whistler and the hotel was awesome. The room was large with a fully equipped kitchen , living room and separate bedroom and bathroom. The hotel was centrally located to shopping, restaurants and lifts. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travel to Whistler.

Great location right in the village. Very quiet ambiance and clean hotel and rooms. Absolutely loved the suite - great layout and functional - and good value and comfort for the money. The only drawback was that there was only one AC unit for the whole suite (located in the lounge) so the master bedroom door needed to remain open in order to receive AC benefits thereby limiting the amount of privacy in the master suite. Other than that, we really loved the suite, hotel, staff, and amenities. Very much appreciated the extended checkout time that we requested. Would definitely recommend if the AC arrangement works for you.

The location was great, the beds comfortable and the valet and front desk friendly. Kitchens has everything. The room was tired, very tired and the way the air con is designed: the beds hot and stuffy, the living room and ice box. Water in the morning was cold, as in the showers ran out of hot water.
