Room nice and clean - with full kitchen and balcony. - Hot tub was out of service - 1 of 2 elevators out of service Other than that, everyone was helpful including bell hop and vallet, cleaners were efficient and friendlt, and the morning buffet was actually pretty good with eggs, bacon, waffles, juice, even lattes and coffee.

The hotel is nicely situated in the town centre. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I was however surprised that even though I booked for Three adults the room only had two of everything. Had to call for the rope and a the towel set. That's when we learned the phone was broken. Also some of the furniture was badly damaged. Also only one of the two elevators was working and then Saturday night both were down. I have MS and this was very difficult for me.

Room was perfect and well appointed with everything our family of 4 needed. The access to Whistlet Village was exactly what we were looking for. 5 min walk to the Gondala and steps to the village. The fireplace was cozy, beds were comfy and the room was very clean. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect. Loved the afternoon Apres snacks and drinks. The breakfast was the only thing that was very underwhelming, the variety was nice but the food itself was not good. We will definitely be coming back!
