The room and the hotel location were excellent. My only complaint would be that we requested hotel staff to set up the fold out couch/bed. They moved the furniture around and opened up the bed, but didn't bother to put the top sheet and comforter in place.

My daughter and I had a nice one day stay at the hotel. The room was large and very clean and well furnished, and the amenities were excellent. Front desk staff were very helpful, and the ski storage was convenient. The location was the best, very close to the gondolas and super convenient access to restaurants and shopping. The room was a good size and nice to have 2 bathrooms if you have more people. The location was awesome and central. The front desk girl I spoke to on the phone and manager were apologetic and provided compensation for having to wait for our room, which was appreciated. Would stay here again!
