Worst night ever

Only one of us could have a shower as the hot water ran out during my shower! The bathtub had a soap scum ring! The bed was hard and not comfortable and the front desk staff were rude and said I needed to get with the technology! Not staying here again!!

Poor Amenities - No headboard or shampoo/conditioner

I was very disappointed with this "hotel" - I have to put hotel in brackets because apparently it is actually a time-share; which no one told us on this site or at booking. The room has a Murphy-bed which is a great space-saving feature especially if you're planning an extended stay. The problem is, the space is so small and the bed is so short that they have to make the bed sideways. So, you have a choice, if you're under four feet tall you have sleep in the bed the standard way but those of us who are over four feet tall we have to sleep in a long narrow bed with no headboard. I have never in my entire life been in a "hotel" that did not provide a headboard. We actually had to move the love seat across the room and turn it around so we could use the back of the love-seat to keep our pillow on the bed overnight. In addition, there were towels, hand soap, and all kitchen necessities provided - great! Although I do need to note here that having plastic Pizza Hut ware for glasses is beyond cheap - even Super 8s use real glass. When we asked where the shampoo/conditioner was we were told "This is a time share; we don't provide that." What???? Seriously??? The owner of this place gives a new meaning to the word cheap. If you want a place centrally located in the village I wouldn't judge you for staying here. But please, do yourself a favour and pick another "hotel." I've stayed in Whistler many times and trust me, you can do better!

Nice place, good location

Needs more parking spots or to inform guests before they come that they have limited parking spots availible and that you have to pay for it. As if the room didn't cost enough... It's a timeshare, so they don't have shampoo or conditioner or anything like that, but the location, and actual room are great. AC and heater in room were great too.

Fabulous!

Me and my fiance had planned out our anniversary at this place. I gotta say, this place was just G to da max: Great location, Great staffs(extremely friendly) , Great bed (very comfortable and clean), Great full kitchenware, Great everything. It was just perfect for our stay. Even the parking was free with the promo. I would definitely come here again next year. Just loved it.

Tiny room but cute

Older (70's) style but very clean and couldn't be more in the middle of the village. Seems Germanic....... basic but clean and functional. Kitchen well equiped and linens abundant and clean.

WHISTLER FIRST TIME VISIT

THE CLOCK TOWER RESORT WAS CENTRALLY LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF WHISTLER VILLAGE. CHECK IN WAS QUICK. I HAD A ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR. YOU DO HAVE TO WALK UP 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS BEFORE YOU REACH THE ROOMS. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFY JUST LIKE BEING AT HOME. I HAD NEVER SLEPT ON A MURPHY BED BEFORE. THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND I HAD A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP. THE ROOM HAD A FULL KITCHEN. A PRIVATE BATHROOM & FLATSCREEN TV. YOU DIDN'T NEED ANYTHING ELSE UNLESS YOU WANTED A LOUNGE/BAR. THE CLOCK TOWER HAS NEITHER OF THOSE; BUT THAT WAS NO PROBLEM BECAUSE YOU WERE NEAR MANY PLACES TO EAT AND GET A DRINK.

Stunning

Studio type apt but everything is already supplied.The only thing you need is to buy your own groceries. Super clean and the 2 rooms were very cozy. Location was perfect as everything was at your front door. The only drawback was that there is no elevator but for the price and local,what the hey.
