“Lovely old building with nice staff and excellent food. Parking can be a problem and the tv system is on satellite and hardly ever works. But definitely a lovely hotel and we would return.”

“We loved the location as it was less than 10 mins from Colson Park wedding venue we were attending. The staff at the Cromwell Arns were very acommadating but unfortunatly my husband banged his head on corner of the tv as he squessed past it as the bed took up too much room for ease .There was a lot of dust on skirting boards a fluffy duster would sort! Apart from that everything was clean and to a good standard. Breakfast was lovely well presented , thankyou to you all we would stay...

“I had a really wonderful time staying here. The breakfast was very tasty, the garden was beautiful and I felt really looked after. I would definitely come back again! Only small issue was the parking. Luckily it is not busy so there is parking at the back but I can feel this might come to issue since it's a small car park and you dont want to park on the side of the road but tbh this is very minor and it's a bit nitpicking as I have really enjoyed my stay.”

“The hotel needs air conditioning in all bedrooms as the rooms were too hot. There were no fridges in the bedrooms to keep water cold etc which was disappointing as we had to ask for glasses of ice to do this. Staff were exceptional and the spa and swimming pool were really good. A great location on the edge of Dartmoor with access to some great walks.”
