Friendly and helpful staff. Our room had a strong, stale cigarette odor from the days when smoking was permitted. Ripping the carpet out like they did in the other room we rented is probably the only way to get rid of it. The air conditioner kept the room nice and cool but was very loud.

We Stayed there for 2 nights, overall good experience, property is old but rooms were cleaned and decent. Very good location for Dining, Shopping and close to New Vrindaban Temple. Pool is only available from Memorial Day long weekend, was disappointment for kids. Hotel is offering a complementary breakfast, which is a plus point.

The smell was overwhelming and the room was dirty and in need of repair and updating. Dirty walls, tub and floors along with chips in the tile. Very little light in the room and massive pot holes all over the parking lot. Do not recommend!!

Bathtub wasn't clean, room smelled, window was covered in moisture on the inside, etc. We requested the room be recleaned. Four hours later no one had come to clean any of it. On top of that the door to the room didnt open and shut well and felt unsafe.

When we arrived at 7pm, the room was not cleaned. The staff apologized and stated they would clean it. It was not cleaned. The bed was remade with dirty sheets and the room smelled of smoke and just complete nastiness. I have pictures if anyone wants to see them.
