This property is very clean, quiet, and the staff is outstanding. I felt as though I was visiting with a friend. Sienna is friendly, professional, and very accommodating. My mom was celebrating her birthday and Sienna made her a gift bag. My mom was very happy! Sienna went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I can hughly recommend this property and I will definitely come back when I am in this area. Keep up the great work! Kudos to the entire team!

I loved the newness, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Was not pleased with having to pay $100 for incidentals when I knew I would not be utilizing any since I was in town for a family funeral and meeting at their properties for meals etc. Holding a card number would’ve been more affordable than spending another $100 and waiting for return of monies.

Front desk didn’t help with any issues. Response every time was “you’ll need to contact Expedia with any concerns since you booked through them.” Bathroom was dirty and hair left in the shower. Room struggled to stay cold also. For a newer hotel, poor experience and will not stay again.

I was disappointed with my recent stay. When I checked in, I was not given the opportunity to add my rewards number because I booked through Expedia. I understand the reservation was made through a third party, but I should still have been offered the option to receive credit for my stay if the hotel’s loyalty program allows it. Additionally, I stayed for two nights, and my room was never cleaned. When I asked about it, I was told the hotel was at full capacity and that I should have requested housekeeping in advance. When I asked how I was supposed to know that housekeeping would not be provided unless I requested it, no one was able to give me an answer. I found the lack of communication and customer service disappointing. If housekeeping is not automatically provided during a guest’s stay, that expectation should be clearly communicated at check-in or in the room so guests know what to expect.
